Refund & Return Policy

At Fierra, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The item has all original tags and packaging intact
  • The item is not a final sale or clearance item

Non-returnable items include:

  • Innerwear, sports bras, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gym mats and used fitness accessories
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at seemasajp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and an address for shipping the item back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • If a refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or color issues, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and specify your preferred replacement item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement again.
  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary.
